    I honestly cannot fault Backmarket or the seller (Nextdaymobiles). I was taking a bit of risk ordering the phone just before a holiday, so ordered it as express shipment. In my excitement, I checked in on it regularly of course, and it seemed to take a fair while until it was at the post office from being ready, but it still arrived by midday the next day if I remember correctly (I'm writing this a few weeks later because I wanted to make sure I have a bit more than a first impression to go off). The device arrived in excellent condition for the description, the body of the phone was flawless, just the display had a couple of shallow scratches (as you'd expect from a one year old phone that lived in a case but without screen protector). I put a glass screen protector on and it looks flawless now. On the inside and battery wise, I have nothing to complain about, it arrived with 100% battery health and fully working. The phone is fast, the screen is gorgeous and it is a massive upgrade from my last phone, so I am very happy. Apart from those shallow scratches which are now invisible with the protector and a tiny bit of dust on the speaker grill, there seems to be no difference between this and a new device. Except for my bank balance of course, which only took about half the hit. Overall delighted with my purchase.

    Phone is immaculate. It is a painful process switching phones but after a few days I have managed to send my old phone back for a trade in.     Excellent phone which was posted out the same day and delivered the next. As with all pixel phones the set up was as easy as logging into your Gmail account and restoring from your last back up. All the apps you use instantly start installing and after a couple of hours you're good to go. It's my 3rd pixel phone, the screen broke on my 5 and I had to go back to my 2, which apart from the smaller screen and being slower, still is a great phone to use temporarily. I get the feeling I'm not going to have this phone long as my wife keeps borrowing it off me, she's not happy with the 6 since the battery update. The battery life is a vast improvement, camera also. Quick movement between apps and does everything I need without and lagging or buffering, I can't fault the price and condition.
