    I selected my zflip 4 in 'good' quality expecting the worst, but honestly i am amazed with how good 'good' quality actually is! Just a small paint chip on the hinge and a perfect screen - the battery was decent, holds better on protect battery mode which is cool with me. I found backmarket, after breaking my original flip 4, when it was reccomended to me by a family memeber. Turns out it's cheaper to get a refurbished zflip 4 than getting a broken screen fixed!

    Firstly the delivery was outstanding. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and arrived at 8.30am the next day. Well packed as well. The phone itself had slight marking on case as explained but when put into a wallet you would never know it was refurbished. An excellent choice.

    Very happy with my refurbished Pixel6, its in near new condition - a massive reduction on the current price of a smartphone and combined with a sim only contract leads to a very cost-effective solution. In fact the only advances I can see in new phones is more camera gizmos which I don't value - other functionality is near the same. BackMarket very good to deal with - they appear to be in this for the long term and have set up accordingly

    So far so good, I chose a good condition Galaxy S20 5G and received it the day after. It looked almost new with only one barely discernable mark on the case, and appears to be working fine so far. I spent some time trying to find out if I could use mt existing fast charger as Samsung seem to want you to only use their charger. It would be good if Back Market gave some guidance on chargers as they don't supply them with the reconditioned phones.

    Great reconditioned iphone xs - super quality for a 5 yr old phone. Battery looks to have been replaced which is great - though wish they could use genuine parts as now have a constant battery message showing saying the part is not genuine which is a pain - hence a point marked down.
