Unfortunately, the sale of the Huawei P20 lite didn't go so well this time because the parcel didn't reach the buyer according to the Dpd app. I can't say whether this is really the case. Hi, yesterday my phone fell 50cm from my knees when I picked it up. It opened in two, the glass isn't even broken but the whole front has separated from the rest.

I sold my Huawei p20 lite in very good condition after 4 years of use to buy a Huawei p30 lite which I received on 3/11/2023. Today is 2/5/2024. My phone, which was working fine, has just given up on me - it simply switched off while I was using it and I can't turn it back on. I needed an emergency phone, so I went to a shop that specialises in repairing Android phones. They told me that the MER card had died. So I lost all my information (contacts, photos, etc.) as well as almost €200 for just 5 months of phone. I'm extremely disappointed, especially as my first experience with Black Market went really well. When I tried to contact the platform to explain my problem and find a solution, it was so time-consuming that I was forced to give a bad opinion in order to be heard.
