    As it was only fair condition I was expecting it to be scratched etc but the battery life is at 96% which is amazing for a refurbished phone and one small chip in the shell of the phone which is hardly noticeable, absolutely love the phone and arrived so quickly too

    absolutely in lOVE with my ipad mini! i have always been a tech-head, and kept seeing trends on tiktok of using an ipad mini for reading the kindle/applebooks/libby app. everything was in excellent condition and it was all packaged so securely. i absolutely adore using backmarket rather than buying outright as not only is it much more affordable, but is so much better for the environment too :) 10/10 would recommend

    I was worried about buying through BackMarket as they’re an intermediate.. their certified refurbisher (the seller) is revealed and it’s possible to buy from them too at a lower price on eBay . The product was good but having researched the benefits of BackMarket I’m not sure if they truly add value or just harvest a margin as an intermediate. “Better buyer protection “ , “vetted refurbishes “ I’m not convinced of a true value add here …. Do your homework…

    Back Market was recommended to me during a bad purchase I had to return via a very well known household name. I'd never heard of Back Market, and I was sceptical. The phone arrived very quickly, the lack of hassle from Back Market for promotion has been refreshing. Idk who the seller was, but my phone was immaculate, they even included a good charging cable at a very good price. I always check battery cycles and the phone I bought was used for roughly 8 months. Conditioned correctly it will last a long time. All I have to do is look after the phone. Very happy. Back Market is now bookmarked. Shoutout to them for strict condition controls and a shoutout to the seller for adhering to that.
