    When I opened it up I was expecting the condition of my previous excellent condition laptop (with a number of flaws) oh how wrong I was. This laptop I received looked like it just came off the shelf. The only gripe I had was the minor wear on the keyboard which was disputed and resolved instantly. When I turned her on for the first time (for me) you could see the company who refurbished her is A+. The last laptop I got wasn’t from these guys and was overheating as soon as I started up WoW.
