    The iPad was delivered very promptly and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately it proved unsuitable because I am disabled and I found it too heavy to pick up. I was very disappointed that I couldn't use it but I am In no way complaining about anybody else. I will need to find something smaller and lighter to suit my abilities.

    Perfect all worked as it should but after about 3-4 weeks screen becomes less responsive especially when reading newspaper, would not zoom in or out. Rebooted then ok but keeps reverting to problem. In the end wouldn’t operate the reboot no matter how I tried to slide. Had to run battery flat to reboot. Tried to contact you in various ways but found it implosive even the phone number said not answering calls. Will be interesting to see if we get any response to this review
