Although this seller only had 1 item listed for sale, decided to purchase as they indicated fast delivery within 2 days. This was so we could send the iPad overseas. Tracking showed that the item was supposedly ripped off at DPD, but when contacting DPD they denied this. This went on for 2 days, with Backmarket saying tracking showing it had been dropped off to DPD and DPD saying they didn't have it. DPD were no help, they just kept saying go back to the seller, and backmarket kept saying contact DPD. Eventually it did get collected by DPD and was delivered later than anticipated, but luckily just in time. Not impressed .
