Great service - I purchased an iPhone 15 pro (having had a previous negative experience through the back market with a different seller) and have been using the phone for a few days to ensure all is in working order. Shipping was speedy and efficient, the phone came packaged well and after transferring my data from prev iPhone 12 I’m greatly pleased with the phone I have received - it is exactly as described (if not better then expected). Although the seller had no previous review I had been a bit sceptical but I would gladly purchase from them again after such a positive experiance. I cannot review any accessories as there were none, only thing to note is the phone came with 5% charge so make sure you have the correct charger. Thank you!

Dear Back Market Team, Thank you for asking about my phone. Fortunately, there is no problem with the device itself. However, there was a major issue with the delivery. In short: The courier never even attempted to deliver the package. In more detail: As I believe you can also see in your system, I ordered the phone on Friday, May 15. At that time, I received a notification from you stating that I would probably receive it on Monday or Tuesday (May 18–19). I was very pleased to hear this, as I was flying to Hungary on Wednesday, May 20, to visit my relatives for a birthday celebration. On Monday, I received another notification saying that the package would arrive on Tuesday. “Oh, just in time,” I thought. In fact, that would have been perfect, because I was at home all day on Tuesday with my flatmate, preparing for my trip. On that day, I received yet another notification stating that the courier would arrive between 14:55 and 15:55. However, instead of even attempting to deliver my phone, the courier claimed that they could not find the address. The parcel was then taken to a post office, where I was unable to collect it in person because it arrived there too late. By the time I reached the post office, it had already closed. The following morning I was flying to Hungary before the post office even opened. This was very disappointing. I hardly slept at all, partly because I was eagerly awaiting this phone, and partly because I was worried about my previous phone. Its battery had swollen so much that it had already started pushing the screen out of the phone’s frame. As we all know, flying with a phone in such condition is not exactly advisable. On top of that, I had hoped to take beautiful photos during this special event and of the important person for whom I had travelled home. Since I only returned home a few days ago, I asked a close friend to try to collect the phone on my behalf so that it would at least not be returned to the sender. The only reason I did not complain earlier, either to you or to DPD, is that what happened cannot be undone. And because not even Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos combined have enough money or influence to compensate me for the inconvenience and the positive experiences that I missed out on. Since you asked for my opinion, I would like to suggest adding an option before payment that allows customers to choose delivery directly to a collection point. That way, the parcel could be sent to a collection point where the courier will definitely deliver it, and which has sufficiently long opening hours to allow customers to collect their package at their convenience. There seemed to be substantial scratches and dents on the edges of the device and on the camera bump. The screen also has light scratches but this means a screen protector cannot fit!
