    As I am an elderly lady who has never owned an Apple Watch before I could have done with some basic instructions re fitting straps, charging the watch etc. Apart from that I am enjoying tracking my fitness etc

    The condition was fair, but I can't even see a scratch on it. Arrived promptly and securely packed. Included the sim removal pin and lightning wire to charge. No headphones (I didn't want any anyway) but did include a free (?) USB bluetooth earpiece thing. The phone's for my child, so I'll keep that. Honestly, first time using Back Market and buying pre-loved and I found the whole process clear, simple and good value. Would recommend

    Everything, the product, the service where all spot on.But I am having to return the iPad as it was a birthday gift for my grandson, but someone else bought him a brand new one. I am awfully sorry about this as everything about Back market was exceptional.But I am looking for a Amazon fire.

    Now the device has finally arrived, I am very happy with it and the extras that came with it. The latest Samsung fast charger and earphones. The only down side was delivery as the original despatch got delayed in reaching the post office.

    Really happy with my purchase and they customer service provided. A few issues to begin with regarding sound (there wasn’t any!), but this seemed to right itself after a couple of days. The iPad takes longer than expected to re-charge but doesn’t really matter. Thank you for keeping in touch!
