    I’m really impressed with my purchase. I chose a phone in ‘excellent’ condition and it looks pretty much like new. No scratches or bumps that I can see. The battery was 87% which isn’t bad for a refurbished phone! Will be cheaper to replace the battery than get a brand new phone.

    I read LOTS of reviews that shared that devices were better than the condition rating, and I am here to add to that! My new iPhone only had visible scratches on the outer rim of the camera lense. There are two teeny screen scratches but they're only visible if my screen brightness is turned all the way up. I usually get my refurbished phone from Env... but will definitely keep BackMarket in consideration in 3-5 years' time.

Electronic communication throughout the entire process was superb. The phone was exactly as described and in excellent condition (not sure why it is listed here as Very Good?). No issues with setting up the phone and battery health is a respectable 84%. I would not hesitate to use Back Market and Loop Mobile again in the future
