    Very happy with my refurbished Apple watch series 7. I ordered the exceptional version, and it works really well and is in great condition. It had one minor scratch on it on the stainless steel rim but its so small and hardly even noticeable. The battery life has come at 92% as well which i think is very good and reasonable for the price i paid and the age of the watch with it being 4 years old. Overall i highly recommend oredering from here for a perfectly good apple watch at a very affordaable price. Cant complain and very happy.

    Macbook is in a great condition, I don't see any visible marks or scratches. If someone told me it's new, I wouldn't question it. It even smells like new! I wish it came with magsafe charging cable instead of USB C but that's not a big deal. I was a bit afraid of the batter state: I chose the "Standard" battery option. But it had only 74 cycles which is almost nothing, amazing! Overall I'm veeery happy with the purchase and I'm sure my next laptop will be refurbished as well!

    Hi, very pleased initially with my iPad mini, arrived quickly, in very good condition, set it up and downloaded apps. However when it was down to 15% charge I tried to charge it using your charger but it wont charge. I tested the charger on another iPad and it works, so I think it's the unit itself. I would like a replacement rather than a repair so can you tell me what to do please. Following Injara's reply to return it to you I have tried to do a Factory Reset to erase Apps and personal information, but it appears that the device ran out of charge before it finished. I hope that is alright. Unfortunately the refurbisher didn't have a replacement (which I can understand) so I've received a refund which I didn't really want. It is a shame BackMarket couldn't just organise one of their other refurbishers to replace my original order - although the offer of 5% discount if I order again might be welcome.
