    So glad I went the refurbished route! I'm overall impressed with the condition of the watch - the 'fair' rating seems more than reasonable. The screen has one deeper scratch on the side and a few micro-scratches. The body of the watch has a few very tiny dings, hardly noticeable. The battery capacity is 87%, and everything was reset and ready to go. Very happy with my new watch!

    So far so good! Delivery was excellent / and very fast. I did have a query about the Battery Health indicator (87%) and “Extended Warranty” cover. Question - and a couple of follow ups - were responded to quickly and with good news. The watch condition is excellent. Battery life is much better than my Apple Watch 8 (with new battery replaced, free under Apple Care, and health now 100%. I use the 2 watches in rotation although the speed to charge (and working battery life, though compromised) of the Ultra is excellent! I bought the watch aware of the strap construction (orange colour is great, I hate the fastening (hook to be pushed through one of a series of “tubes”). Once the correct “female” part of the strap is selected the fit is comfortable (and allows more adjustment than a tradition punched hole system. However, slotting the hook in to the correct tube is far too fiddly, especially one handed. Consequently, I’ve bought a more acceptable replacement strap!

Quick delivery service and the watch I received looks brand new - not a spec of evidence that it’s been used - so happy! New watch strap also which appears to look and feel like an Apple strap but I can’t be 100% sure. Would definitely recommend this service (and have done!) to friends and family.
