    I bought an iPhone 12 Pro with an excellent rating, and it was exactly that. You wouldn't be able to tell if it was used or brand new. delivery was excellent as it said mine would arrive between 9-12 but came on the 8th, so 5 star rating for that as well. so thank you back market.

    I literally never write reviews, purely because I am way too lazy, however, I thought this was legitimately worth one. I was very sceptical after reading some sketchy reviews about BackMarket, but I said f it and purchased this iPhone 13 pro 2 days ago. The phone was supplied from a company called Loop Mobile. It arrived today in BRAND NEW condition, like straight out of Apple new, with no scratches, no nothin. I did pay for excellent condition but still, I am amazed. There wasn't an option for me to buy a new battery so was fully expecting the phone to come with 80% battery health, but again I was pleasantly surprised to find it was on 100%!!!!! I have only had the phone for like 10 minutes but so far, I would deffo recommend, and will be purchasing from here again in the future!:) SAVE YO PENNIES $$$$

    I got iPhone 13 mini. Initially item arrived with 3cm scratch on screen despite ordering condition "good" i.e. "perfect condition screen". Back Market made it very quick and simple to return and get replacement though and phone was genuine Good condition the second time. Battery is at 86% health on replacement device so no complaint there. Would still recommend Back Market to anyone, great devices at the best prices.
