    The phone was in perfect 'like new' condition and I'm happy with it. However, debatable if sufficient value for money bearing in mind it's a grey import from the UAE, lacks Samsung Pay functionality, lacks the longer UK guarantee and can't be guaranteed to be waterproof. Also, same and other suppliers offering the same 'new' grey importson their websites up to £50 cheaper than 'refurbished' on Backmarket. Good price given for trade in though.

    My son smashed the screen of our 6 year old ipad and it was going to cost £100+ to get it fixed, not really worth it gien the age of the tablet. It is great to be able to get an already refurbished but much better spec'ed tablet for a similar price. Ordering and delivery is great. I would however like to have a comparison chart or more details of each item so you can really compare the different models you have chosen - hence 4 not 5 stars.
