    The phone gets very hot while charging. The charger isn't original either. Money down the drain. They've asked me to return the phone but I don't have the time and I need a phone for work therefore I can't return it. Wouldn't recommend at all

    I was delivered a wrong brand entirely. I have been offered options to take it back including a 5% discount if I decide to buy again after returning this device. what I don't understand is how this could have happened. The I started my setup: finger print reader didn't work even after update installation, facial recognition didn't work and finally the Spen was a fake build. The pen never came out.
