    The phone is in fantastic condition.I deliberately choose this phone because of live transcribe as I am deaf and now I can make calls and read what has been said for me this phone has been a game changer and totally improved my communication totally recommend this phone if you have any hearing issues or need spoken words, you can also type your reply in real time and the phone tells the person on the other end what you have written. It's so easy to search for the type of phone you want. Loads of information and you can choose what condition you prefer. Buying is easy, you are kept informed right up to delivery and then they email to check that you are not having any problems with the phone. This is the 2nd phone I have bought from black market and the phone came with a 12 month guarantee. The phone looks brand new and I love the fact that you are buying a phone that someone no longer wanted, this saves the phone from adding to the now unwanted bin or drawer. It gets a new life and is cheaper than buying a new one and stops the waste and you get a great phone at a not eye watering price. I can also totally recommend Black Market and they do more than just phones. This is the first place I look when I am looking for something.

    The iPad charger wasn't an original charger or plug, that's not the problem though. I noticed the plug was hot and when I went to unplug it, the whole thing came apart, leaving the 3 prongs of the plug in the socket, If my 8 year old had gone to unplug it, I hate to think what could have happened. I think it was a fake one. I can't be sure as I don't know how to check. Also despite choosing 'Excellent condition' the iPad itself had a small dent in the back. My daughter loved it anyway and it works perfectly, so we decided to keep it.

    Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

Thanks to Apple analytical data the facts become clear.
