Having previously bought through the site I'm absolutely fuming after the current purchase of Google Pixel 6. The handset does not recognise any SIM card. Having checked with the provider and Google support I'm told the device is from the United States and clearly not unlocked! The online support on Back market site is barely useable as no online chat and no direct contact available anywhere. I don't want to have to send the handset back if there's a way to sort the issue but seems the only option available on the site. Additionally, the handset has more visible scratches than "excellent" is described.
