    I don't know how else to contact Backmarket to address this issue. The ask help section keeps bouncing me round in circles. I'm not sure what's wrong with this phone but I think it may be a US iPhone not a UK iPhone. It won't recognise the giffgaff sim, it says cellular network instead of mobile network in the settings and when the phone was first switched on the location/time/date was in the US (Cuperno or somewhere). Have tried re-setting the phone, hasn't changed this. When you click on the network settings it says "Phone not allowed". Separate to this it is definitely not the same experience as last time I purchased a phone from Backmarket. No screen protector, no sim pin and also we paid for excellent condition and there are visible scratches/damage on the body of the phone. All in all an extremely disappointing experience and have a phone we can't use and no way of contacting Backmarket to address/resolve this as no contact number and none of the ask help question apply to this situation. Will be returning for a refund.

    This is the 4th time incorrect phone has been sent to me I ordered the samsung galaxy s20 dual hybrid sim and every time i have been sent the single sim I even asked before ordering will the dual hybrid sim be sent and customer service explained it will I have messaged customer service and they keep ducking the question and seem liie they dont want to rectify the situation I have had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend

    Purchased phone and arrived speedily, however battery was severely degraded needing a service (below 85% and this site say they never sell phones below 85% battery life). Returned phone due to this and requested a replacement be sent. Phone arrived back with seller 19/12/23 with no further updates regarding if a replacement was sent. Messaged multiple times (aware site must have been busy over Christmas) but did not receive any updates until 27/12/23 (over a week since phone was delivered to seller) telling me they will ask the seller to send a replacement before end of day. End of day passed still no updates so now receiving a refund. Overall really long unnecessary process to get money back which would have otherwise been prevented if the seller had just sold a phone which was up to the guidelines of the website.

    I received my phone this morning so that’s the good. The colour is black although I ordered a white one which is the bad…. I would send it back but really need it so that cannot be helped. Thought I’d let you know though as hubbiehas a black phone and now we’ll have to be very mindful not to pick up each others phone. Just annoying!

    This phone was sent out with an obvious defect; the screen was coming away from the body of the phone in one corner. I returned it clearly stating the problem and requesting a repair or replacement. The exact same phone was sent back to me 8 days later, still with a huge gap between the screen and bezel. The only courier offered was DHL so I had to physically get a shipping label printed and wait in for a morning to get it collected (twice!)

    Infuriating attempt to try and contact the reseller after purchase, which has ultimately proved impossible due to Backmarket having no obvious way to contact them, or the reseller directly. Hope that you don't have any problems with your purchase, or need to speak with anyone, because they make that impossible. The invoice I requested just linkes to a delivery note, and Backmarket's endless help section/contact us loop just defaults to telling you to contact the reseller, but there are no contact details or links provided on the site for that to happen.
