    The phone is absolutely fine. But a relatively minor niggle has spoiled the experience - the boot screen is still customized to the previous carrier. In the grand scheme it matters not, but I think the seller should have taken the trouble to revert the startup back to OneUI.

    I was sent a phone which was from the US (Manufacturer reference states model SM-A166B which is the EU/UK version, but got model SM-A166U which is the US version). Thought nothing of it until I tried upgrading to Android 16 as it was still running Android 15. It was not finding the update even though it should be compatible. After a bit of digging online it turns out that updates won't be available to you if you are outside the region since they are supposedley localised. Needed a phone that support Android 16 and got one which can't update in the UK.

    The company haven't recorded that I've bought a phone from. Them so. No help is available for me.. I've told my bank who can prove on 17 Dec 2024 I made a large purchase from Back Market and unlike Back market llare helping me. The phone turns itself on and off very often despite a full bsttery. The screen freezes very often.. The connection to. Mobile data or WiFi is painfully slow none of my guests suffer in my home like I do on this phone. My old phone was great I just ruined it hense buying this appalling. Phone.. I'm. Hoping back market might respond to my reviews and help. There's no. Custimervservuce phoneline so blocked thst way.. You have to make a purchase to get help. I did but as they've not recorded it I simply can't get help. This phone is misery frustrating time wasting and maddening I don't recommend it.. I did think back market was good I used them. In the past but now I think their terrible and wouldn't recommend them
