    Laptop looks good and I was originally thrilled with it. However after using it for just a week the cursor regularly gets stuck and I keep having to stop and start the laptop to carry on what I was doing, which is very upsetting, and concerning to be honest, and the reason why I gave it 3 stars only instead of 5.

    My laptop arrived well packaged but had significant damage and the charger also did not work. The back market team were very efficient in getting this rectified quickly (within a week to send back and receive one to the standard I had paid for). Can’t beat the customer service , I think I was just unlucky with the issue initially. Thanks.
