    The phone was mint condition. But had problems with delivery. The customer service from the seller was terrible. They took about 4 days to reply,there is no number you can ring,Bakmarkt don't have an email address,I could find anyway.. You need to be more available to your customers.. I doubt I will use them again after this experience

    Even though the condition of the iPhone was classed as EXCELLENT, the battery health had 'SERVICE' showing. The merchant that supplied the iPhone gave the excuse that it is normal. Message from merchant (In most cases, in the process of refurbishments the batteries are replaced when they are not optimal. Once it's replaced, the phone will show this kind of message as an alert to signal that the first and original battery has been replaced. It's normal, you don't have to worry about it.) To others that are not aware; when you replace a battery, the service message will disappear. I'm happy to report that I was able for get a full refund, but I'm sorry to say it has darken my thoughts of BackMarket.
