It came with ink cartridges installed so these along with the older cartridges effectively mean it cost me nothing! ;-) Service was prompt and the printer was well packaged.

    The device was specified with 16GB of RAM and came with 8GB (I had to discover this) and it was also advertised with 12months Norton AV license. I raised the issue by Chat and was offered a full or partial refund for the memory, I took partial, but only offered a full refund regarding the Norton issue, which I haven't the energy to take.
