HP Envy 5020 Inkjet printer

I was a bit wary of ordering a used printer, though I also didn't want to buy a new one (as some will only take the manufacturer's expensive cartridges). However, the printer works perfectly - and it even came with ink cartridges installed! I received it quickly, in a few days. It came well packaged and in good order. I'd be happy to buy through Back Market again - I think that making reuse easy and reliable is brilliant!

Had an issue connecting to the Internet , which turned out to be a problem with the PC. My old Envy 5020 wouldn't copy or scan, but this new one works perfectly

We ordered a printer that arrived broken and despite reporting the issue just one day after their 14-day period, Back Market refused to help. We didn’t open the package immediately because we were busy setting up our new workspace and I was away on a business trip (we’re a small startup of only two people, and I was the one handling the order). When we finally opened it, the printer was already defective and the box lacked any “Handle With Care” notice. We provided all the proof, yet Back Market hid behind rigid policy instead of offering any understanding or support. Extremely poor customer care.
