    I got my product quickly and in truly an excellent condition. Unfortunately it came later than the window to purchase a cover policy for it and I ended up running out of time and without coverage now. I would given awesome ratings but this cover thing should be more flexible I think, maybe to wait until it actually reaches the customer so they can make sure that they are not paying for coverage for a product what they need to return or maybe never arrives.

    The watch advertised and ordered was with a black strap, the one I received was a white one. Sadly I was only offered £25 as compensation as the seller did not have a black strap to send me, doesn't cover the cost of a new strap.     Blimey I did loads of research read all the reviews and did get put off a bit tbh it's a scary place spending hard earned on refurbed tech I was way out my comfort zone ... what did it for me was the fact that the seller was an authenticated Microsoft reseller which I felt could be trusted to rate and actually deliver on the macbook... so I bought and was a tad angsty for a few hours... the gadget turned up the very next day much earlier than forecast and its a thing of beauty ... yes there are a few marks just as advised but I think it's an honest appraisal, of good condition and it just opened and worked haha 😄 himself is well happy with it so I am calm. Love it 😀 😍

    It works fine, but the condition of the laptop isn’t the best. There are quite a few scratches and paint chips. I chose the Excellent condition option to avoid issues like this otherwise, I would have gone for Fair or Good if I expected visible wear. It’s a shame, especially since this was meant to be a gift for someone, the condition was disappointing when it was shown to me.
