    After I purchased my first ever iphone from Backmarket in November last year as a birthday gift to myself and was fantasticallu impressed, I decided that there was no other place to get a laptop for my job, so I bought a macbook pro (2020) in “good” condition. I was so surprised as it looks exactly like a new laptop and is in excellwnt condition. I am so impressed with Bqckmarket and will always recommend it to everyone.

    Both Backmarket and the device were brilliant. Backmarket made purchasing and understanding what you're getting super straight forward. They enable you to purchase used refurb devices which help the environment, with th security of a returns and warranty promise. The PixelBook Go, whilst a few years old now, is fast and although purchase under the 'Good' condition was delivered looking perfect! Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

    The 'fair' condition was in fact better than expected. There were a couple of marks on the case where it had been knocked, and some minor scratching that was hardly noticeable. If the laptop had been described as being in good condition, I would have been happy, but the condition based on fair was a great surprise. I am delighted. The marks were only on the external case. Inside, it was spotless and works perfectly.
