    For £399 and “Fair” condition, I received a near pristine model with only one mark, a scratch on the d pad which is barely noticeable. The performance of the ally is great and would recommend above a Nintendo switch any day. The ability to run windows is a godsend and docking it and using as a pc with just one cable great for when I am at home. Sometimes the armoury crate button and the control centre buttons are a bit iffy and don’t work but that is due to a software issue and not the buttons themselves. 8/10 would recommend both device and backmarket.

    The communication, quality of service and delivery was impeccable. This was my first purchase on Black Market and I have been very impressed and converted! The purchase process was excellent and the delivery was very quick; even via Royal Mall! The packaging looked doubtfull at first, but the Galaxy S9 Ultra was wrapped so well, it would have survived an air drop! I ordered a Galaxy S9 Ultra in Excellent condition. It was not in "Excellent" condition, it was morelike in "brand new" condition!! I saved £300 and less impact on the environment. There was absoltely no mark on the screen/tablet. All packaging and accessories was as good as new, but with obvious signs the packaging had been opened. I could not recommmend Back Market more. I will be back.

    Great refurbishment and works perfectly. One thing I would say is the packaging was weird and feels like it made one of the joysticks a bit loose. It was basically strapped to a piece of cardboard with thin plastic and both joysticks feel loose as I assume they were under a lot of stress while being shipped

    I was a sceptic on refurbs, but having taken the plunge, I am delighted with the product and service Back Market have provided. They exceeded my expectations at every step. I bought the phone in 'Fair' condition and it took me a while to find the blemish. It was a scuff on the chrome corner of the phone, not at all visible on the screen and covered by my phone cover. The phone came packaged as new and started up with all the normal new setup steps. There is no sense I have that this is not a brand new phone. To top it all, Back Market delivered the phone ahead of schedule. I'm am a convert. I will be coming to these guys for all my tech.
