Happy at first but not very unhappy now due to the battery error message and the screen keeps going black and loses calls. This is especially bad as she needs to keep contact with her parents because her Dad is terminally ill!!! I feel bad and to blame, I thought the mobile was going to be reliable! Please can you help, she needs a phone and whilst this one isn’t good she cannot send it back and be without in case her Dad passes away!

    Never had a non apple phone or tablet before. Wanted a cheap tablet because I wanted a screen bigger than a phone but didn’t want a TV in the bedroom. Bought the cheapest thing I could find because it only needs the ability to run Netflix etc and have a screen. I am very pleased with this purchase. I really like the device. Very easy to set up and use. Does exactly what I need it to. Holds a charge for a long time. Screen quality is fine. Minor cosmetic issues are irrelevant. I will definitely be buying my next phone from Back Market. The worst quality they do is still fine for me and so much cheaper. And it comes with altogether less polar bear murdering.

    The phone arrived very promptly, (a day before expected) and is in excellent condition as ordered. Had no problem loading in my SIM and SD cards and away I went. Phone is similar to my previous S3 Mini, but not exactly the same as Samsung have changed a few things, for the better I might add. Good to do business with backmarket and would certainly recommend them to anyone else who puts their phone through the washing machine (as I did, oops!)

    I am fully satisfied with this phone. It works great and is beyond what I expected to receive. Although there is a slight chip on one of the corners of the body of the phone (not the screen), It doesn't matter as it isn't major and is covered by my phone case anyway.
