    I was a little bit sceptical about buying from a company I'd not heard of (and having previously been scammed) but I had no choice as the item I wanted - a keyboard for a Surface Pro 6 - is now obsolete. The keyboard arrived very quickly, was extremely well packaged and is in great condition. I've checked all the keys are working and everything is good so far. It's good to know that it has a 12 months warranty. Very pleased with the whole purchase.

    The condition was very good and everything works fine. The only issue with it was the version of Windows 11 was that it had “reached the end of service “ and wouldn’t auto update. I had to manually install two major updates before it would even consider auto updating. It took quite a long time.

    Device works great and is in excellent condition. Charger came dirty though. Also language was set to US English and the keys didn't work properly so that was annoying. I did have to get an express replacement because the first one they sent was in poor physical condition. I usually trust this place to buy all my refurbished tech and this made my viewpoint of it go down. Overall great device but it seems like they had poor delivery and management with my product.
