    The condition was very good and everything works fine. The only issue with it was the version of Windows 11 was that it had “reached the end of service “ and wouldn’t auto update. I had to manually install two major updates before it would even consider auto updating. It took quite a long time.

    Device works great and is in excellent condition. Charger came dirty though. Also language was set to US English and the keys didn't work properly so that was annoying. I did have to get an express replacement because the first one they sent was in poor physical condition. I usually trust this place to buy all my refurbished tech and this made my viewpoint of it go down. Overall great device but it seems like they had poor delivery and management with my product.

    Rather disappointing 3/5 stars. No battery charger supplied with the HP EliteBook 845 G8. Now I am awaiting the battery charger from a different supplier with the laptop not being able to be used as a result. Due to low battery power on delivery and the lack of use thereof not be able to check further functions are working as they should be, using up the 30 day money back guarantee. The condition that you described as excellent is in my opinion not justified. Old adhesive label sticky residue left on the computer base. Scratches on the computer base.
