    Very very disappointed by Backmarket this second time of trusting your business & ethos. My refurb iPhone 11 has been diagnosed by Apple & a tech guru that the battery, screen, mic & probably the phone speaker are non Apple parts. Hence they do not work properly at all. The phone & screen colour & sound & net are all faulty. To the point that 've spent good £ on my guru, more another £60 on a temporary phone to transfer my data to while I return this to Nackmarket. I can only hope that they find the faults & DO NOT send it back to me. I expect & hope for a complete Apple device. Nothing else will fulfil the assumed criteria. It is route that the small print adds that non Apple parts may be used. You should also know that only Apple employees can fit their parts - which is surprisingly true and shown by Apple's offer to properly refurbish this aberration iPhone to cost me £300 in parts. More than the phone is worth. I have wasted the cost of this phone and am down another £120 at least in guru & temporary phone costs. Bad service for a company that markets itself as an ecology saint. All you really do is make money. And dost me hundreds. Anna Turville Order # 72164745

    As I have only had this phone for about 2 weeks I cannot make full judgement, but so far all as expected. Phone works well, few tiny scratches on screen but easily covered with screen protector, battery life is pretty decent. Overall, good purchase and delivery experience as arrived 2 days early with no issues. Would recommend

    Arrived quickly on the next day, was in excellent condition to my surprise although I chose the ‘Fair’ option, there was some tiny marks on the top but hardly noticeable. Fully functional which was great and came with 100% battery health!! Only issue I’ve noticed is when I charge the device I often get a message saying there is liquid noticed and stops charging. This is probably due to some sensory issues but once I click emergency override it works normally. Overall this is brilliant value and would consider purchasing again.
