    I bought my iPad Air 4 in fair condition, and apart from some minor scratches on the back, which you don’t see now it’s in a case it’s perfect. Battery lasts very well also. I’m glad I saved almost £300 by not getting a new iPad!

    I got the blue iPhone 12 mini with 128GB of storage in Fair condition. The microscratches on the screen are not noticable when the phone is on (as promised by Back Market). Other than that there is nothing else wrong with the phone and functions perfectly well. I would recommend the Fair condition because it works just as well and serves all of my teenage girls needs!

    This phone seems very good and I would recommend the website to others. Postage and packaging fantastic. Price really wonderful for this model with the warranty. The phone was listed as fair condition and I think this is accurate for a refurbished phone. On eBay this would be listed as good. There are scratches around the phone that are not visible when using it. The only small gripe I have is that the battery has been replaced with a third party battery not approved by Apple. This is not a big problem for me at all, but it does mean that battery health analysis doesn't work so the phone isn't quite 'fully functional'. It's possible that this was made clear on the listing or in the fine print and I just didn't notice! Anyway thanks very much, overall a great buying experience so far. Hopefully I don't need to use the included warranty.

    I think you compromise on battery life when buying refurbished, but everything else is brilliant. The iPhone XS is fab, brilliant camera and storage and looks like a new phone (one the case is one - I opted for one in ‘okay’ condition) Makes a phone I would never buy new affordable. But the battery life is compromised in comparison to what I had before, if you’re prepared to think about battery saving useage of your phone and possible a charge in the day/carting a battery pack with you, then it’s a worthwhile purchase. Very happy now I’ve made peace with that compromise!
