    I purchased an iPhone 12 in "good" condition and have been very impressed. The delivery time frame was excellent, it arrived a few days before it was due and the condition of the phone looked brand new. So far very impressed and would certainly use again.

    The phone is as described 10/10. Delivered on the expected delivery date that was as given 10/10. There was only one thing wrong and that is they replaced the original Apple battery with a none apple battery which the iPhone does not recognise it. So therefore l am unable to check my battery health. So I can’t tell if the battery is new or on its way out. Other than that it’s a perfect IPhone XR 256gb.

    I had a great experience throughout. The website was very easy to use and to find the right phone for me. The order arrived within a few days, and the phone itself is fantastic. Although graded "good" the screen is flawless and the few tiny marks on the body are covered up by my phone case anyway. The phone works a treat as if it was new, so I have absolutely no regrets of having bought a refurbished phone - it's the way to go! The only slight drawback is that the phone came only with a cable but no wall plug, but overall the service and the product were/are brilliant.

    I bought the refurbished iPhone13 PRO a few weeks ago and you wouldn't be able to tell it is secondhand! I bought the cheapest option and there are only a few minor scratches, which are not noticeable at all and you really have to look for. The battery life is at 86% but I have just upgraded from a very old iPhone8 and this phone battery lasts more than a day so far. Back Market was also cheaper than buying from Apple's refurbished site (that's also including insurance). Really happy so far and highly recommend! I also paid via Klarna to split the payment across 3 months, which has also been great. The only downside is you don't get sent a charger to plug into the wall, just the charging cord.

    I ordered a excellent condition iphone 13 as birthday present. It arrived. The touch screen did not work at the bottom of the phone. Wasted a screen protector 1 week later still do not have a phone for my son. The quality control of this phone must of slipped through the net. So all in all very disappointed. As have wasted money and time.

    Good condition with only some minor edge wear and near the power port. Screen unmarked. Battery and phone in good working order. My only issue was getting transferred ove from the previous iphone. Make sure all the data is ready to go before starting, give the icloud time to work for a few hours or you can end up having to reset and start again. Nothing to do with the quality of the phone purchased. Might use Backmarket again as it does save money overall compared to knew. Like buying a secondhand car, do your research, choose what you want and go for good or excellent condition, maybe higher spec of the range model. Depreciation value on a new model iphone is abysmal similar to buying a new car, so Backmarket can be a wiser choice!
