    Easy order. Quick delivery. Device in excellent condition as described. Only problem was my old mum who we bought the phone for. She was unable to understand it. So a return was requested. Postage label issued. Packed and returned. Refund given in 48 hrs. Excellent service.

    Thank goodness I didn't buy brand new as planned. This device is flawless and was a fraction of the price of a new Macbook Air. The only way I knew it was a refurb was the charging cable looks visibly different to the apple ones, but works perfectly still. Really pleased, and would highly recommend BackMarket to anyone.

    The iPhone 15oro is in the condition advertised and requested and operationally very good. While I know that both the screen and battery were replaced with genuine apple parts I keep getting a message that the battery is not recognised. Stopping and starting again resolves the issue momentarily but it keeps popping back up again!

    I have ordered a MacBook from BackMarket before, so I thought I could trust them, as there were no issues there. iPhone 14: My order arrived promptly, packaging was OK, came with an after market lightning cable which was slightly disappointing but no big deal. Phone wasn't charged, so I left it to charge. The phone had a text or two and some pictures from the refurbishment process, which was unprofessional, but again no big deal. However, the condition of the phone was far worse than expected. I bought a 'good' condition phone, so wasn't expecting it to be perfect, but the back camera was scratched very badly, and there were many small dents all over the sides of the phone, and the speaker holes on the bottom were kind of clogged up. Still, not much of a big deal, battery was 88%/100 health which isn't bad. But... After a closer look, the screen had a spot on the top left of dead pixels. This just isn't acceptable, so I returned the phone. The pictures I took of the phone I received were worse than the example 'fair' pictures shown on the website!! So, it has been maybe 5/6 days. I have returned the phone and I still keep getting emails asking about how the phone is.. including this one. No email to ask me about the many problems I had with the phone, although I have had confirmation they received it, so here I am waiting for something?? I am very disappointed, it seems BackMarket don't put much effort into customer service and transparency, as I have received no explanation of how a phone in this condition made it to me, and I am still out of pocket for it. Overall, very disappointing.

    Absolutely shocking experience trying to buy from Backmarket who appear to be a massive SCAM site! We ordered an iPhone 14 Plus which arrived with a FAKE screen AND a FAKE battery so half of the product isnt even Apple yet they are charging Apple refurbished prices! So we sent it back and eventually after a couple of weeks got a replacement phone sent out to us which Backmarket "customer service" said would be in better condition. When it arrived it was a GOOGLE Fold phone.. not even an Apple iPhone!!! i mean really.. who the hell does this?!!! some dodgy shop called Boost Gadgets in Chatham apparently thinking they can send out any old CR@P as a replacement phone. it's quite surreal that this could happen. The so called Customer Service at Backmarket was awful with days going by without any reply each time. This was bought for my son's Birthday present which got so delayed we told him it could be his Christmas present instead. I have finally been refunded and now we have bought an actual Apple iPhone from Ebay which is legit.. shame between Boost Gadgets and Backmarket my sons Birthday and Christmas this year was ruined.. SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    first of all let me start by saying im quite happy with the phone - waiting was a nightmare because of the reviews so i will review honestly shipping and packaging - it was okay what i expected anyways, when the phone came it was a bit damp but it was just some condensed water ill let it slide appearance - very nice i didnt see a single scratch on the phone the screen was perfect and the back was perfect too insanely nice for a "good" condition battery - only part that disappointed me i got 84% but then again it is good condition ill let it slide camera - no iphone camera cld be worse than my old phone so thats an instant 5/5 my seller was Boost Gadgets who i now recommend opposed to my prior beliefs because of the reviews. i honestly think buying from backmarket is a bit of a gamble, a person ordered the same phone a day before me and got a google fold as a replacement phone eesh. im very happy and WILL purchase from backmarket again
