    The tracking information was completely wrong but after contacting BackMarket it was delivered pretty quickly (although tracking was never corrected or updated). The laptop condition was described as "good". Aside from some very minute scratches around the hinges, I would say the condition is pretty much brand new, so I'm very happy with that. The laptop itself is very good quality, very fast and a massive upgrade from my previous one. and being roughly half the price of a new laptop I couldn't be happier. I would definitely buy from here again.
