    Device purchased was the fair quality option so I wasn't expecting a device that was almost perfect in condition and it included the keyboard which I was expecting to have to purchase separately like when you buy a new unit......overall I am very impressed with backmarket and will definitely recommend to anyone based on this experience and I will use them again myself.

    Bought this Surface as it carried the biggest discount compared to new RRP and boy am I glad I did. It’s a brilliant piece of kit with so many features -facial recognition on top of the touchscreen and removable keyboard. I purchased the ‘fair’ condition and I personally would say it’s more like ‘very good’- one tiny scratch on the external cover which is barely visible. The keyboard and screen are in perfect condition. And delivery was a lot quicker than indicated on the site- just a couple of days wait. I bought my iPhone on BackMarket a few months ago and that was also a brilliant buy. I really can’t understand why anyone would buy from any other retailer/site.
