    The device, so far, is fine. What did not go well is that the device we had before from Back Market broke, and rather than send it in for fixing under the insurance we bought, we thought it best to exchange it for a decent offer from Back Market and buy another phone. That offer has since dropped dramatically!

    Great phone at a very good price. I would recommend choosing Back Market 2nd hand over buying privately because of the warranty, and tbh, you won't save much more, if anything, on the private market. I have just a couple of gripes: 1. The battery isn't recognised by the device, but that's because it's not an Apple original, which isn't a big issue; just would like to have known this prior to delivery. 2. The phone arrives in an completely unbranded package (which maybe intentional) for reasons of security and with no Back Market branding or any ID at all, which puts a bit of a downer on the experience.

    I quite like it and it works but it was scratched and at 84% battery when you quote min of 85% so it was not excellent but good condition so my estimation is it should have been price at least £25 cheaper
