    To repair the iPhone I received they did not use original spare parts but used fake parts. When I started iPhone it says clearly that certain parts in this iPhone was not genuine but fake. We we buy from such a big company and in excellent condition then we expect that the iPhone has been repaired up to a high standard but I am so disappointed

    I pick the excellent grade 128 GB White in the Back Macket and there are small scratches on the screen but no other damage elsewhere. But it is frustrating that its battery health is only 80%. The rest is within acceptable range.

    Second time I have ordered a phone from Back Market. First experience was great - got the phone I ordered and was in excellent condition. This time round very poor - ordered black Apple iPhone SE in excellence condition but got a red Apple iPhone SE in what I would say was average condition. Casing round the camera all scratched and loads of light scratches on the screen - will be sending it back for a refund. Very poor service Back Market!!!
