    Said condition excellent and that isn’t true. Not a genuine apple battery and phone keeps sending me reminders to tell me that, volume dreadful can barely hear on phone calls and sound doesn't work well, buttons on side very stiff so hard to use for sound up down (on left) or payments on right or screen shots. Screen not very responsive often freezes have to turn off and on to work properly. Would return but then would be left with no phone until get refund to be able to buy a replacement and as I am disabled with no landline this isn’t possible. Also a chip on screen near camera as well as marks to case. It said would have no scratches on screen but has small chips which is worse in my opinion. No way this could be described as excellent condition. Feel very misled. Very expensive for a phone that doesn’t work properly. Hadn’t been properly cleared either was set for American English not proper English, set for dollars and US time and several other things like apps not restored to factory settings so had to delete stuff and clear stuff and change lot of settings . Have bought used phones before from other company which were like new and fully cleared like a new phone. And also clean. Around buttons and in holes for sound and charger etc lot dirt and sticky stuff on screen looked like from removing a screen cover could at least have been cleaned, very disappointed and misled
