    Hi Customer Care, The font on the screen is blur and causes pain to my eyes. Though I reduced the brightness from the display settings, there was not major effect. Th graphic quality is also poor even when video output was set to HD option. I may honestly seek a refund or replacement to prevent issues with my eyes in the long run. The output of the inbuilt speakers are also not great. Memory size, RAM speed and other Microsoft com are however fine. Here is my honest opinion.

    I picked the best condition back market offer, and the power button is so worn down its almost non-existant! However, laptop arrived well packaged, works like a dream and the screen is perfect, not 1 scratch. I do feel I got good value but I believe the condition descriptions are misleading and I felt disappointed overall.

    The laptop did have some delivery issues, thankfully the people here were friendly snd helpful in resolving the issue. The laptop itself isn't top tier, It does the job, sometimes I find myself going online trying to resolve technical issues with performance/software. Overall it's a decent machine but before buying again i'd explore other options.

    The only problem I have with the Dell is that I have been unable to adjust the screen brightness. I have tried adjusting it in settings but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
