    The box was half destroyed when it came - once I opened it there were dirty marks on the laptop ?? Which was odd, plus some buttons on my laptop don’t work . The annoying thing is that I have ordered the excellent version meaning I should not having any defaults as I paid a lot for it but my laptops function really makes me feel like they gave me a fair version . Overall I was quite disappointed not only by the ; also as they are some small malfunctions like freezing , short battery life ( the battery dies quite quickly) and volume problem . I would rate the quality and device itself a 6.8/10

    Laptop was supplied with enough RAM to perform only the most basic of tasks before the computer/window crashed. Couldn't even open more than 2 tabs of web browser at a time. On inspection, the laptop was supplied with only 1 stick of RAM rather than 2, in an obvious attempt to cut costs and deliver a barely functional product that I had to upgrade myself if I wanted a usable laptop. Furthermore I did not appreciate the QR code on the bottom of the laptop that took me to a random picture of an IT worker. Highly unprofessional and bottom shelf service providing barely usable products. Buy your second hand tech elsewhere!

    I rate Back Market in general, but I do not recommend the seller ASC Technology. Non-existent customer service for a simple question. Back Market we’re helpful trying to chase them up for a response several times but in the end they were apparently “must be too busy”. Returned for a refund as my question remained unanswered
