    Always uncomfortable about buying used goods but. In this case the laptop was unblemished, and the battery was as promised taking a charge up to at least 90 percent capacity. No unwanted data from the previous owner and the laptop worked smoothly and incident free. I am a self confessed idiot tech wise, but didn't need a spotty yoof to sort it. What's not to like?

    Terrible service, received faulty item then had to send it back to be repaired. The iPad wasn’t even cleared from the previous owner. The seller then lied about sending the iPad back to me and gave a different tracking number. They then said it wasn’t shipped and finally after two weeks (a month in total) I received a notification saying refund. Shocking service, I will never use them again. Was ready to buy 2 more iPads and 3 new phones. Best to stick to IOutlet, envirofone or music magpie. You pay a little more but get better service and serviceable equipment.

    The charger cable is not up to mark. Charger cable was first of all dirty and looks like it was taken from rubbish. The laptop is overheating after initial use. Laptop wasn’t clean it was dusty. I opted for excellent quality and I am disappointed with what I received. The packaging was so unsafe.
