    This is the 4th time I have purchaded from Back Market and have been delighted each time. This laptop was well packaged and received in good clean condition. I was able to set it up and install my software with no problem. I have used it several times and so far battery level seems good lasting a satisfactory time on a full charge. Product condition was good and happy to recommend Back Market for future purchases.

    Arrived in excellent packaging and in perfect condition apart from minor scratches around power input socket. Windows 11 installed perfectly but I removed it and installed MXLinux 25 which loaded quickly and ran perfectly.

    The laptop is perfect fine, works as described, with the cosmetic damage as described also. I’ve done light word processing work and it’s fine, as well as running light games like The Sims 3 + 4, so I’m perfectly happy with my laptop. The only caveat is that the charger delivered with the laptop was filthy. There was some type of sticky solvent/glue covering the pack on the AC adapter, which I had to through clean before I felt like I could use. The dirt on the charger does not affect the functionality, but clearly displays that the reseller just tossed a filthy AC adapter in with laptop. I’d be happy to purchase again from BackMarket, just not with the reseller that sent me this product.

    The dell laptop has a dent and chassis has a small bulge on the side of the charging port which I would not expect with the condition described as excellent. The cpu is a lower grade from the specifications Core i5-1135G7 instead of Core i5-1145G7. It was a bit of disappointment as it is a Christmas present for my wife. I have decided anyway to keep it the way it is.
