So far, I would say I love my new product and it packaging was very good. Everything works fine at the moment 👍

Overall it's fine. But when I use portable SSD and try to transfer files, the process halts and cancelled. Also, the SSD gets automatically disconnected. Another thing, windows was not set up. I had to do it on my own.

This is my second purchase from Back Market so far and I have no regrets. The timely manner my order was dispatched, the follow up mails to let me know the status of my order should be commended. Thank you Back Market team

Device was in a good condition as described, but the charger I have been sent didn't much this laptop. It is not supposed to be like that because you expect to get a product that you can start using straight away, and now I have to spend time and extra money to buy a new charger

The device is in excellent condition and I am very happy with that. Less good is that the advertised 512Gb SSD was in fact a smaller 256Gb drive. The processor is slightly better than advertised however. The laptop was urgently needed and rather than go through an inconvenient returns process I decided to keep it with a view to upgrading the SSD at a later date if required. I feel concerned and annoyed that I was not sent a device with the advertised spec. EDIT: having seen the aggregated stars on this review once posted I felt that 4.6 was too good given the issue I reported and I have downgraded my initial rating. TBH 4.4 is still too good for a device which was sent not matching the advertised spec! I have no issue with any other aspect of the sale or the laptop but not getting exactly what I paid for and potential inconvenience caused is a major downside in my opinion.

Honestly, I was worried it might not come on time or come looking different from what I ordered but I’m happy with my purchase, I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with this purchase - have been boring everyone I know to tears about the value and service. The laptop was even better than expected!

Externally the laptop is in fairly good condition, not good enough that I think it would qualify it as excellent though as the keyboard keys have some fair wear and tear. However, it often restarts itself, and within two weeks the booting failed (and I've had to install Windows on an external USB to make the laptop usable, which is a pain and means I'm without a laptop for a couple days. The touch screen is really good, and it's a great lightweight and portable laptop that runs many tabs a lot better than my previous chromebook, but for the price of the 'excellent' product I would expect a lot more.

Really impressed. It looks like new and is a lot of tech for the money.
