Here's a polished review you could post: I'm very happy with my refurbished Dell Latitude 7400. The laptop arrived in good condition and works exactly as expected. There are only a few minor cosmetic scratches, which is completely acceptable for a laptop sold in **"Fair"** condition and doesn't affect its performance at all. Performance has been excellent—the laptop is fast, responsive, and handles everyday tasks with ease. Everything runs smoothly, from browsing the web and streaming videos to working with documents and multitasking. The sound quality is surprisingly good, and the backlit keyboard is a great feature that makes typing in low-light conditions much easier. Battery life seems to be pretty good, will give you a decent amount of battery hours when unplugged. Overall, the laptop feels solid, looks good despite the small cosmetic marks, and offers excellent value for the price. If you're considering a refurbished Dell Latitude 7400, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

I receveid the wrong product but soon I contact them they sent me the right one straight away and I was allowed to continue using the other untill the correct one arrived, what was really quick. The service was great the product ir spot on and the price is exceptional. I lost the account of how many time I bought from here and always good quality products.

Arrived on time, well packed. The laptop was listed as fair, looked ok to me, very, very minor marks. Started up finding, connected to the internet no problem. Downloads for windows 11 done. Been using it a lot this week. Worked fine, no overheat or anything like that. Guess time will tell, but getting good vibes from it at present.

I was excited to get this and to get it working for my wife's home office, and was apprehensive about negotiating drivers and suchlike. Delivery was quite quick and free which is amazing. The device itself is in great condition and clean with no visible defects or signs of wear, cables all included and in great condition also. My wife's work laptop is a Dell, hence this particular choice, however despite that it worked immediately with our two Lenovo monitors and a Lenovo laptop, without any drivers or software. Just plug and play, likewise with her Dell laptop too. We're both delighted not only with the price and service, but the quality of the product too. I will definitely be looking here first for my next purchase. Thank you so much.

I'm honestly very pleased with this laptop. It works perfectly well and runs smoothly with no issues at all. For a second-hand device, the condition is impressive, the body has only very minimal marks, and they're hardly noticeable unless you really look for them. Performance is solid for everyday use, and everything was exactly as described. The price was also excellent, making it great value for money. Overall, a very satisfying purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The delivery speed was a day early which is great! I was thinking it would be late as the delivery only got to DPD yesterday but all was good.
