Very good price on a laptop that was in an excellent condition. The delivery was fairly quick and the laptop was packed in a protective pouch which was a really nice touch.

The condition was pretty much mint, with no damage. It works perfectly so far and it's quick. The packaging was fine and it arrived on time, as promised. Two purchases from BackMarket have worked out well; previous was a Pixel 8 in excellent condition.

Works great, perfect for writing.

It's a great little machine. Very capable for the price and, more importantly, the size. I have two. One is for usual desktop activities. The CPU, ample memory and plenty of disk space work well. Windows 11 works without any issues. Office 365 and OneDrive are all installed and synced. Just be aware that there are no HDMI ports, just a pair of Display Ports. Cheap adapters fix that, no problem. Be careful with cheap HDMI cables if used with an adapter. I had issues with display glitches. A new cable fixed it. Running well at 2 X 4K. It can even run Minecraft with a few adjustments. The other machine I use as a web server. I ditched MS Windows 11 in favour of Ubuntu server. Nginx, MySQL, WordPress, Magento, etc... Works well for my low-load applications.

Best laptop I ever got

The delivery speed was a day early which is great! I was thinking it would be late as the delivery only got to DPD yesterday but all was good. This laptop is great upon first opening, and the good condition its labeled is really good there's literally a single scratch. very impressed, let's see how long I get!

Overall it was good, however I expected better quality based on the reviews I read on the BackMarket before buying. There is tear and wear at the top of the laptop so it looks used, also the rubber lines are missing at the bottom of the laptop and there is dent. Also when charging the ventilator is working very loudly and the laptop overheats so it might be a more significant issue in the future. But I'm not too sure whether this is my laptop specifically or all Dell Latitude 7400 are like that ?
