I bought a 1TB iPhone 14 Pro in Excellent condition and received a brand new handset (inside and out), with 100% battery health (I hadn't asked for it to be replaced). The reconditioner was Wowphone, from Valencia. And I want to leave this review because it has been an excellent experience that I want to thank in writing. Unfortunately it was me who made a mistake when choosing the model, because for the use I currently give to the terminal, the battery capacity was not enough for me, so I had to return it and opt for the Pro Max with all the pain in my heart (because the terminal was impeccable and I liked its size much more). Don't think that the battery was bad or not original: first of all, I went to the Apple Store and they confirmed that the battery was original, it was 100% healthy and had a few charge cycles (which coincided with the number of days I had had the phone). In other words, the handset was brand new. The return experience was also very good, with a full refund. I will definitely use Back Market again in the future and, if I can, I will buy from Wowphone (I even tried to look on the refurbisher's purchase page to see if he had a Pro Max, but I didn't get it). Anyway, I'm very happy with the experience.

The product is great. I ordered it excellent and it was excellent, the only thing that came a little dirty with dust, which costs little to remove but it is much better to deliver it that way. The rest is great. My only downside is that it came without a factory reset, but it didn't take long to do the process. So overall I give it a 10.

I hesitated for a long time between buying a new or reconditioned mobile phone. I was a little apprehensive when I unpacked it, but that quickly disappeared. The phone is as good as new, with just a two cm micro-scratch on the back. You have to look hard to see it. The device comes with a Usb C lighting cable. The battery is brand new and Apple certified. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products offered by this brand and its serious sales approach. My phone has worked perfectly so far. To be confirmed in the long term.

It works very well, came clean and with Windows installed. It is sufficient for office tasks I would say even fast. The only downside is the battery which is degraded at 60%, even so it lasts 2-3 hours. For the price very good laptop and in good condition. Happy with the purchase.

I've waited a few weeks to write this review and after this time using the refurbished iPhone 13 Pro, I have to say I'm delighted. I bought the phone as a 1TB in excellent quality, and I have to say that the only thing you can tell this phone is refurbished is that it had a tiny scratch on the metal on the side (you had to look very closely) and the battery health was 89%. Even so, using it a lot, because I use it for work, the battery lasts me a day and a bit. The cameras work perfectly and so does the rest of the terminal. I was a bit scared to invest so much money in a refurbished phone because I had my doubts but I will definitely do it again. I would definitely recommend it.

The phone arrived as new (I bought it in excellent condition), not even half a fingerprint on it. The packaging is safe. I have had it for just over 2 months and have not seen any faults, battery 100% (I added a new one). It's the first refurbished I've bought and I doubt I'll buy a new phone again after this experience. Thank you very much!

I've just received my phone, having chosen the premium condition: absolutely no external defects, zero scratches, 100% battery, 0 charge cycles (!!), first use in March 2025 (but not under warranty), in short like new! Couldn't be better. So far, I'm very satisfied with the first use, but we'll have to wait and see. The refurbisher was Wowphone: maybe I was just lucky in terms of the condition of the phone, but in any case I recommend it! Fast, smooth delivery. Only downside (negligible): backmarket packaging and accessories of rather average quality.
