Phone ordered in excellent condition and it is. Works great. Tested everything and everything is fine. Didn’t order a new battery but battery was 100% health anyway. Really pleased. I’ve always ordered refurbished phones and will continue to do so.

Absolutely perfect the only difference from this and a new phone is not being able to peel the plastic off the screen and open the apple box. I got excellent and it’s more than excellent nothing wrong fresh battery. Considering the iPhone 15 goes for £799 on the Apple Store and I got mine basically brand new for £650 perfection is not an exaggeration. Ordered it on a Friday said it will come on Tuesday and it came on Saturday.

iPhone 13 128GB Blue This is the 1st time I've used Back Market, so needless to say, was skeptical. There were lots of options available for the iPhone 13 with regards to colours, storage, quality. I chose the excellent quality option. The item arrived on time, well packaged. I was genuinely surprised at how good the phone quality was, not a single scratch! Looks like new. Bought it as a gift for my daughter and she's well pleased. I haven't heard a single complaint about it. Also bought 1 year Accident cover just in case. Hopefully time will tell on longevity of the product, but very pleased as of now. Will definitely recommend and use Back Market again. Keep up the good work.

Really quick delivery, and yes I was sceptical, but this is one happy customer who got what looks to me a flawless phone. Thank you and I'm impressed.

For full disclosure, i purchased 2 phones from Backmarket, though it is not super clear that Backmarket acts as the go-between, items are sold by various sellers. The other phone is working fine, however... The phone arrived with a blurred camera, despite being listed as excellent. Backmarket (despite paying a quality assurance fee), did not handle this in a clear manner, to arrange for a repair. Information from customer services is unclear and often contradictory. And having done all of the leg work to send this back, turns out that i just get a refund - which is all well and good, but now the cost of that item has increased by nearly £50! So guess who's out of pocket... I am unclear how items can be deemed 'excellent' if they are clearly not, and Backmarket clearly do not manage their quality assurance particularly well. I will concede that eventually (after having pointed out the price increase) customer services did offer a discount code that brought this item into line with the rest of the market, ultimately I am still left out of pocket, and i probably could have had the phone repaired locally for less than this has cost me to be refunded. Will i shop with Backmarket again, i am not sure, i have repurchased the item, but i have done so with a bitter taste in my mouth as i feel that i have been fleeced. If you are in the market for a refurbished phone, i'd save yourself a lot of hassle and go with Giffgaff or Music Magpie.

The phone itself was in pristine condition, however the camera has been acting up and .5x is permanently unavailable.
