    It went really well, the only thing I was unsure about was given a WiFi dongle when it said it had built in WiFi but it’s not the end of the world. But otherwise it’s been fantastic

    Bought it for my grown up son for Christmas, unfortunately it didn't work, in that it needed some software updates and the wifi was one of them, preventing any update. I contacted the Back Market support team who within a very short time had decided the unit needs to be returned for inspection/replacement/credit at no cost to me. Fantastic support from placing the order to arranging return. I will try and update this review or create a new one when the new unit arrives.

    Really not happy. The fan will get incredibly loud at the slightest use of power after using it barely 10 minutes. Cannot load any games without it going into full turbo mode sounding like it’s going to blow up. Really disappointed. Something is definitely wrong with this PC.
