2.2/5I ordered a coffee machine which cost me £950 18 months ago and it is not working now I know its a year warranty but expect it to last longer than a year sales are no help at all saying it is out of warranty I have learnt a very expensive lesson do not buy refurbished it does not last be careful

1.2/5Not Satisfied. Disappointed. The item is defective! I chose excellent just to be sure that the item will work as intended, but apparently the Bluetooth is not working, and there is also an error upon booting the CPU (a clock error or something like that). I need to return this to the seller.

1/5Trying to to return for a refund but it keepsps being sent backk to me! I’m currently on holiday in Greece and DPD have been trying to get to deliver this! Hopefully they return it to the sender! And actually issue my refunded as I don’t want a replacement.
