iPad was amazing condition. the good was excellent In my opinion. the charger that came with it broke within a couple days. it's just cheap crap, get yourself an apple one it's worth it even tho they are rly expensive.

how long it takes for messages to be responded to is quite long, this item hadn’t been wiped so the device was unusable, but full refund was given.

Very slow even after upgrading ram .. Not happy with the imac .

Top delivery in 24 hours. Nickel packaging and the iPhone 13 pro ordered corresponds perfectly to the description (perfect condition). Battery level of the phone: 86% which is correct (generally refurbished sites promise a level of at least 85%).

iPad Pro is in top condition, apart from two scratches on the display, but without scratches it wouldn't be a refurbished device. The only thing that is not so great is the loose contact on the charger that was sent with it.

I am very pleased with the service and the fast delivery. However I am very disappointed by the fact that I ordered in "perfect condition" but see that the iphone is reconditioned with a battery a battery condition at 90% .. it's a shame because I know in advance that the battery will not last me over time .. apart from that the phone is functional and rather well reconditioned aesthetically!

I received the iPad in 3 days, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, the packaging is top notch, there are 2 holes on the edges of the iPad so it's very much as described as I ordered it in good condition. The adapter doesn't work but the cable does, so it's fine. I'm delighted with my order and the backmarket experience even though I have to admit I was a bit sceptical. The reconditioning is a good alternative I recommend!
