I am incredibly happy with my phone. Apart from the tiniest scuff on the back (which is barely noticeable unless you inspect it as I was) its in perfect condition. This is my first refurbished phone so I was understandably slightly wary but after thus experience it certainly won't be my last one 🙂

I hqve ordered this iPhone 8 for my mum. First order was shipped to the wrong address, I was amazed with customer service being so responsive and quickly processing the refund. In the meantime I have made another order and the phone was delivered super quickly. The condition - excellent as stated! No scratch, charging cable included! Phone is being used since April and works perfectly fine, no issues at all. My mum is really pleased 😊 I have now ordered phone for me. Hopefully I’ll be as satisfied as my mum with her phone :)

This is the second order placed in two months and I can report that there is an experience difference between sellers on back market. In this order with Universal Spares, the charger supplied was not apple genuine and neither was the packaging. Not a deal breaker, but if purchased as a gift, falls short of other sellers such as Tomes, who exceeded my expectations before Christmas. In this order however, the watch itself self and delivery were genuine and fast, respectively.
