This is the second order placed in two months and I can report that there is an experience difference between sellers on back market. In this order with Universal Spares, the charger supplied was not apple genuine and neither was the packaging. Not a deal breaker, but if purchased as a gift, falls short of other sellers such as Tomes, who exceeded my expectations before Christmas. In this order however, the watch itself self and delivery were genuine and fast, respectively.

The phone is pretty good. Honestly I haven't use Samsung products before but it has always been my dream phone and now am proud to say I have my dream phone. Look like brand new from Backmarket and I have ready recommend backmarket to my friend and family and they're going to there's too. Thank you Backmarket for quick delivery as well.

absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Have never ordered a refurbished phone before and it's all I'll do from now on. Ordered a Samsung S22 in excellent condition and it's as perfect as a factory fresh phone not even a single scratch or scruff mark on it. I am incredibly happy with my phone. Apart from the tiniest scuff on the back (which is barely noticeable unless you inspect it as I was) its in perfect condition. This is my first refurbished phone so I was understandably slightly wary but after thus experience it certainly won't be my last one 🙂

The phone arrived very promptly and appeared in very good condition.To keep it that way ,I ordered a case and screen protector. Unfortunately the screen cracked when I was applying the screen protector ,pressing out the bubbles. The phone has not been dropped since I received it which makes me feel that there was a weakness in the glass screen originally. So I now have a refurbished phone with a cracked screen.
