Ordered the phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) delivered quicker than detailed on the confirmation by DPL - with tracking & packaged up so well for delivery. All working as expected copied the data from my old phone

Arrived super quickly - in perfect condition (Excellent) - returning it no bother as I require a different Apple Watch. Would be happy to purchase from this seller again for any and other products!

It looks brand new and received it in less that 48 hours. I haven’t had any problems with it at all.

Very good delivery speed but a £300 smart watch parcel was left laying outside my door directly for anyone to see or take, luckily I got home a few minutes it was delivered

Couldn’t recommend more fast delivery and the watch itself looks like new (excellent condition option). If I would buy a new one I think I wouldn’t see a difference 😀. Very happy of my purchase.

Regarding Back Market Order number 36720194 Galaxy S22 5G 128GB - Black - Unlocked Purchased 3.1.24 I wish to report this company as they have not been able to work to resolve the faulty product they sold me as a in 'excellent' condition. Almost immediately the battery over heated and died really fast. It did take me a while to return as I have ADHD so kept starting a return and never getting round to it. However the phone was almost unusable so I returned it on the 26.6.24 siting the battery as the cause of defect. BAck Market advised that they repaired the phone and returned it back to me. It was returned to me on the 12.7.24 well out of the 5 working days return period. By the 30.8.24 the phone remained faulty. It would die and not turn on, even though it had a fully charged battery. I would unplug it at 100% and watch the battery drain within minutes. I submitted a return for the phone. They have refused to repair the phone despite that it is within the warantee period and remains an ongoing issue with the battery. The reason they gave was that I had damaged the phone and therefore void the warranty. I can guarantee the phone is not damaged. I asked to submit a forma...
