I was looking for a replacement of my old samsung s6, I had seen back market advertised & as I didn't want to splash out for a brand new phone I gave them a try.I was a bit apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but I needn't have worried.Phone I ordered was samsung s21+ in excellent condition & that's exactly what it came in,not a mark on it & even has original protective film on front & back,battery was at 78% but soon charged up to 100%, very well packaged & excellent delivery.Thanks back market one very happy customer 👍 10/1

absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Have never ordered a refurbished phone before and it's all I'll do from now on. Ordered a Samsung S22 in excellent condition and it's as perfect as a factory fresh phone not even a single scratch or scruff mark on it. I'm honestly blown away, phone was delivered in 48hrs in excellent packaging

I am incredibly happy with my phone. Apart from the tiniest scuff on the back (which is barely noticeable unless you inspect it as I was) its in perfect condition. This is my first refurbished phone so I was understandably slightly wary but after thus experience it certainly won't be my last one 🙂

I hqve ordered this iPhone 8 for my mum. First order was shipped to the wrong address, I was amazed with customer service being so responsive and quickly processing the refund. In the meantime I have made another order and the phone was delivered super quickly. The condition - excellent as stated! No scratch, charging cable included! Phone is being used since April and works perfectly fine, no issues at all. My mum is really pleased 😊 I have now ordered phone for me. Hopefully I’ll be as satisfied as my mum with her phone :)

This is the second order placed in two months and I can report that there is an experience difference between sellers on back market. In this order with Universal Spares, the charger supplied was not apple genuine and neither was the packaging. Not a deal breaker, but if purchased as a gift, falls short of other sellers such as Tomes, who exceeded my expectations before Christmas. In this order however, the watch itself self and delivery were genuine and fast, respectively.
