Bought this Galaxy S21 as a Christmas gift for my 80 year old Mum. I ordered an 'excellent' condition phone and I can't fault it or the service provided by Back Market. The phone arrived within 24 hours and even came with a new glass screen protector, which I put on before Mum got her sticky fingers all over it! The phone looked virtually new with just some almost invisible light scuffs around the edge band. You had to look closely to see them. Training Mum to use the phone and transferring all her very out-of-date apps to it was WAY more painful than the purchase 🤣. Would definitely use Back Market again.

Unboxed in as new condition, shipping was fast delivery poor but, that was Royal Mail sending it to wrong depot again, same old issue with their 24 hour delivery never happens. Battery life improved over my old S10, working as it should so far.

Bought this S21 for my wife as her old phone was definitely coming to the end. Delivery was really good, quality is excellent - no marks on it anywhere and battery life seems to be OK. Will definitely have a look on back market when my phone needs replacing.

I am quite happy about the phone in terms of the camera quality; the storage, the functions and etc. But I was a bit disappointed with the fact that when it was delivered it was just posted through the door with no caution or protection, even though it said "fragile deliver with care".

Great value for money, it's excellently packaged with gorilla screen guard... phone is just like brand new with no single scratch on it... 5stars to the merchant 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫 Phone works pretty fine but came with no accessories which is not a big deal. THANK YOU!
