Delivery was prompt and the laptop was well-packaged. The device was as advertised. I am very please with my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 12-inch (2020). The screen is perfect (no marks, scratches or dead pixels). The system is nippy/slick and has what appears to be a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro (great!). The only downside is the existing battery life (approx 3h tops). I suspected up front that the battery life would be on the low side given that the device is about 5 years old. This is not a deal breaker as I mostly use it plugged in anyway. As far as I can tell, it should not be too much bother to swap out the old battery for a new 3rd-party battery.

Great laptop that looks and performs like new and at a fantastic price too. Goods were packaged well and delivery was made on time and full tracking is provided. This is my second item from this company and absolutely no issues, I would definitely recommend if looking for some tech stuff.

Incredibly pleased with this purchase it has allowed to me to freelance (I'm an Architect) and it handles all the software really well from a graphics card perspective. Very fast. Would defo recommend, really fast delivery too!

The laptop was in amazing condition, I was very impressed however after setting it up it crashed and had difficulties turning on/booting up. The windows logo would appear and then disappear. Eventually it would turn back on only to crash again unexpectedly. I have returned the item to get it replaced, hopefully the issue is resolved.

third time I've bought hardware from Back Market and third time I've been impressed. the Surface Pro I bought was only in good condition but I couldn't find a mark on it!
