    Everything great with the laptop. The original charger didn't work so I got in contact and then another one was sent out the same day and it arrived the next day. Laptop looks almost perfect can hardly notice the few tiny imperfections. Very happy.

    The screen is great and setup was easy, really happy with it. Gets 4 stars because the mouse that came with it straight up didn’t work. Luckily I had an alternative mouse I could plug in to do set up and I had ordered an Apple mouse that connected no problem. The keyboard that came with it was ok though

    Delivery was prompt and the laptop was well-packaged. The device was as advertised. I am very please with my Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 12-inch (2020). The screen is perfect (no marks, scratches or dead pixels). The system is nippy/slick and has what appears to be a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro (great!). The only downside is the existing battery life (approx 3h tops). I suspected up front that the battery life would be on the low side given that the device is about 5 years old. This is not a deal breaker as I mostly use it plugged in anyway. As far as I can tell, it should not be too much bother to swap out the old battery for a new 3rd-party battery.
