Always wanted an imac. Decided to go with back market and had an excellent experience. The computer showed up promptly after two days in the original apple imac box. On inspection the computer was spotless like new and runs and works perfectly. I'm so happy I chose back market for my purchase.

I hve never personally bought anything from back market but when my friend suggested it and said he had bought a few electronics over the years, I thought lets try it out and that there would always be an option to return if needed. I am SO pleasantly surprised about this laptop, looks and feels like it has never been used. Haven’t had the chance to use it properly yet, we have only set it up but it definitely looks very promising!

My experience was good, the laptop arrived in better condition that I though but I was grateful because it does feel like a brand new machine. My only issue with it was that it wasn't a brand new install of Windows 11 as it had updates installed from February. There is an issue with the service tag number appearing on the Dell website so Iw asn't able to download the latest drivers for it but I was able to install support assist and install them from there but It's cool.. not worth sending back. Anyway, I am very happy with my purchase... Thank you BackMarket!!

Great product and service. The screen came very well packaged and it has a very slight scratch on the base which is hardly noticeable and doesn't affect the product performance. The screen is great, bright and love the gyrating feature. Also great that it was a HDMI port. Very happy with the purchase for a second home office screen.

Overall extremely happy with my purchase from Back Market. First off the ordering/shopping experience is seamless with an easy to navigate website and filters to find exactly what I needed. I've also since downloaded the app which is equally easy to use and fun to browse! The communication since placing my order has been helpful and consistent so I was in the know the whole time. I placed the order mid-morning and it was delivered early afternoon the next day! Extremely impressive considering I didn't pay for shipping at all. The monitor arrived extremely well packaged and protected and is, as listed, in great condition. There is no marks on the screen and I haven't found a scratch. The monitor itself has great features; it swivels, hinges and can be height adjusted and has all the ports I need. I don't have a need for (or any knowledge of!) particular resolution or picture quality so I'm not able to comment on that. One thing I did notice is that the black desktop background looks very grey compared to my Dell laptop. It is significantly different and noticeable. I've tried having a go at the settings, which are easy to change, but have had no luck getting the black as deep as the laptop screen I am comparing it to. For my purposes it really doesn't bother me and I don't think it is related to it being refurbished at all, probably just how the monitor is. This is my second purchase from Back Market, and won't be the last! The product doesn't feel 'second hand' in any way, but I have a few more pennies still in my pocket and have done my little bit for the planet this week!

Happy with the laptop so far; it's in great condition and seems to be running really well. Overall experience with Back Market has been positive. Only issue is that in the technical specifications it claims that the keyboard is backlit - unfortunately that is not accurate, it's just a regular unlit keyboard.

Back Market is the best, I am grateful and enjoying my new laptop. I recommend you who is read this to try back market.

Great laptop in pristine condition. Very easy to set up. Have been working on it for a couple of days and haven’t needed to recharge the battery. Absolutely does what the BackMarket website said. Delighted that I’ll never need to buy another new laptop.

Laptop in excellent condition and runs well, very pleased with it for the price. Battery life not amazing, maybe about an hour or so, but that's to be expected with a used laptop of this age. First purchase from Back Market but based on this will use again.

Fabulous little laptop. Carefully wrapped and delivered safely. Never bought a refurbished laptop or anything in tech....so far not disappointed. Will use this company again. Thank you
