    New Galaxy is perfect, I'm not great with the switching stuff especially with all the wallet swap over, so that took a it of time, but that was definitely user-error!     I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending Back Market to anyone wanting to buy a refurbished device based on my experience.

    Phone arrived in a postage bag, no box just a slither of bubble wrap. Upon opening the charger was missing, the phone itself was really dirty, I dont think any attempt of a refurbishment was made on the item as it wasn't in the "good" condition it was described. The screen was heavily used with a very obvious crease in the middle, I have now sourced a newer version of this phone in immaculate condition for £50 cheaper, back market themselves were helpful in getting this sorted so the one star is for them and not the seller. Unfortunately this has put me off buying refurbished again
