    I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending Back Market to anyone wanting to buy a refurbished device based on my experience.

    Phone truned up flat battery, placed on charge. Charge fine, went to set up phone to find it was pin locked. unable to contact seller as no invoice etc sent with phone. Having to send back to seller.
