I had never heard of Back Market before and was a little apprehensive about placing an order, but my concerns were totally unfounded. The phone I selected was rated as in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. When I opened the parcel, the phone was in almost mint condition. I say "almost" as there was a very tiny mark on the side of the case, less than 1mm in size. The phone works perfectly and within minutes I was transferring my data from my old phone. I contacted Back Markets customer support just after the order was place with a couple of questions and they respond very quickly and are extremely helpful. I would have no problem recommending Back Market to anyone wanting to buy a refurbished device based on my experience.

My wife's nearly new phone arrived safely but in extremely flimsy packaging. One end of the package was open but thankfully the phone was still in excellent condition. It works well and she has had no problems with it at all. This is our second phone purchased on back market and both times the packaging has been the same, flimsy and not as secure as we would like. It wouldn't stop us shopping for more tech on back market.

Item is dirty, does not work, is the wrong colour and has not been reset. The earphones have turned up absolutely filthy, clearly have not been refurbished at all, they are not the white & blue set I purchased, they also do not even work. The right earbud has a chirping noise and minimal to no volume, which after some research is often due to how dirty & unmaintained they are. Pairing the item it crops up with the previous persons name, clearly hasn't been reset despite how easy the process is. A health hazard.
